RULES & REGULATIONS

LA PINA Cycling Marathon, under the approval of Udace Treviso and in collaboration with the cycling clubs of the Trevigiane, present the 10th Edition of LA PINA dei Gourmet, an enogastronomic bike tour discovering the "Sapori di Marca" (Tastes of the Marca).

PARTICIPANTS :

registration is open to all persons with or without a cycling license aged 10 years and over. Minors (18 years and under) will need to submit, in writing, permission from their parents/guardians accompanied with a photocopy of one parent's identification document (e.g. Identity Card, Passport etc).

• Entry is open to all types of bicycles, riders are free to ride at their own pace.
• All riders must respect the Codice della Strada (Road Rules).
• All roads are open to traffic and will not be supervised.

Participants will be assigned coupons upon registration. These coupons shall then be presented at the entry of each tasting point, allowing free consumption of the products made available by each organization.
Participating cyclists must confirm they have read and accept the rules and regulations , to understand the characteristics of the event and to be in suitable physical and psychological conditions before and whilst participating; agree to the use of their personal data based on Law 675 of the 31/12/96; renounce to any form of action for damages or compensation against the organizing clubs/associations, partners, suppliers, staff and agencies being part of the organization for anything deriving from their own participation/involvement. For how much cannot be contemplated from the noted regulations enforcement shall attain for the official regulations the FCI for the ecological bike ride and the Road Rules.

DATE AND LOCATION :

Sunday 14th July, 2013, departing from Piazza del Grano (historical centre), Treviso.

RACE COURSE :

35km touristic bike ride, relatively flat roads with arrival in Piazza del Grano, Treviso.

START :

9:30 am all participants start at the same time (it is possible to start after the main group)

MEETING AND MAXIMUM TIME :

riders must be in the Piazza del Grano at 9:00am; latest reentry time is 13:00pm.

REGISTRATION COST :

Adults € 10.00 (free for minors under the age of 18). Registration is also open on the day (14h July, 2013).

RACE PACK COLLECTION :

Friday 12th & Saturday 13th July at LA PINA Cycling Marathon Secretarial office underneath the Loggia dei Cavalieri in Via Martiri della Libertà located in the centre of Treviso, or Sunday morning in Piazza dal Grano near Pasta Party (opening at approximately 8:30 am).

LATE REGISTRATION :

registrations can be made on Friday 12th & Saturday 13th July or on Sunday morning at the Secretarial office underneath the Loggia dei Cavalieri.

Registration acceptance remains the decision of the organizing committee who reserve the right to refuse applications based on their final decision. Registration includes laGourmet T-Shirt, gift, and tasting coupons. For organizational reasons, entry is limited to 500 registrants.
